Mary Caire MD is a ground-breaking functional medicine physician , lecturer and leader in DNA-informed precision medicine. Her message is powerful: optimal health and vitality is within our control. Dr. Caire graduated from LSU School of Medicine in 1997 and in 2002, completed a 5-year double residency in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Internal Medicine programs, serving as chief resident her final year. Dr. Caire is board certified in PM&R.

Dr. Caire later completed a Fellowship in Metabolic Medicine and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and is board certified through the Metabolic Medical Institute at George Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Caire also served as President of the Wise County Medical Society and on the Texas State Medical Board Political Action Committee.

Dr. Caire is a published author and has lectured across the country on topics related to precision medicine, addiction recovery, pain management, the use of big data in medicine, DNA-informed medicine and the future of medical care. Dr Robert Bulger

Dr. Bulger attended Mayo Graduate School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Emory University, as well as a pain management fellowship at Penn State. He is board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in pain management and anesthesiology.

Dr. Bulger is a past president of the Dallas County Anesthesia Society, visiting professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and contributing author of a major surgical text on pain. He has lectured locally and nationally on pain therapies and has been selected as one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Dallas and Collin County multiple times. Serving as a pioneer in anti-aging medical practices and pain management, Dr. Bulger is committed to a holistic approach for preventive care to deter disease, avoid harmful pain medications and improve overall quality of life.

Dr. Bulger is a renowned pain management expert who has treated patients with low back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, peripheral nerve pain and injuries, neck pain, headache, hip and pelvic pain, cancer and post-radiation pain, facial/dental pain, complex regional pain syndrome (RSD), coccydynia, and costrochronditis using the latest modalities including discography, injection therapies and spinal cord stimulation.

Lauren Huffman NP-C, MS, RN, BSN, RNFA, CMSRN brings advanced training and clinical practice to Mary Caire MD. She has extensive experience in the fields of Cardiology, Neurology, Hepatology, Orthopedics and is cross-trained on all units.

Her passion for facilitating the achievement of patient’s personal goals for optimal health and wellness drives her pursuit of individualized care with the principles of anti-aging medicine and disease prevention.

Ms. Huffman’s theory of practice balances nutrition, physical activity, sleep and hormone levels to attain the pinnacle of health and energy levels. She then takes a comprehensive approach to preventive medicine by incorporating an individual’s genetic profile with a targeted program that allows the patient to meet and exceed goals while creating a sustainable lifestyle.
